Tkachuk was penalized on the play as well as Alexis Lafreniere and Carter Verhaeghe. The Panthers went on the penalty kill and were able to not secede and currently, the game is 1-0 Rangers.
The Panthers are up 1-0 in the series and if they can dig themselves out of this hole tonight, they will take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series.
