19 Dec. vs NY Islanders

Goalie Robin Lehner built a particular bond with Islanders fans during his one season on Long Island in 2019 and hasn't returned since. Chicago was supposed to visit in April 2020, but Lehner was dealt. The Knights and Islanders missed the condensed schedule last year. A new Islanders arena near Belmont Park is also expected.

31 Dec. vs. Anaheim

This year's New Year's Eve day game hasn't disappointed yet. The Ducks were the Knights' last opponent on the last day of the year. Marchessault scored twice, including a third-period penalty shot. Who can forget William Karlsson's hat trick in 2017?

6 Jan. vs. NY Rangers

T-Mobile Arena will welcome Ryan Reaves, who was acquired for a third-round pick this summer. Until he slams a former teammate into the boards, the Rangers winger should be warmly received by supporters. Remember, it's also Gerard Gallant's return to the Rangers. During the video tributes, it may get dusty.

8 Jan. vs. Chicago

If there are any Kleenex left when Reaves/Gallant return, they will be used up two nights later when Marc-Andre Fleury debuts in a Blackhawks uniform. He won't say it, but he'll be fired up to play his former team after a tumultuous split. The Knights are eager to face the defending Vezina Trophy champion.
