Many fans are still dreaming of Connor Bedard, even though the Habs have had a better than expected start to the season.
They'll be disappointed, then, by TSN reporter Eric Macramalla's statement that there are only six teams left in the race for Bedard, and the Habs aren't among them.
According to him, the first pick in the upcoming draft will go to the Blackhawks, Ducks, Blue Jackets, Sharks, Coyotes or Flyers.
It's still early in the season to make such a prediction, but it's true that the chances of the Canadiens being drafted first overall are getting slimmer.
