Connor Bedard Causing Serious Tension in the Team Canada Locker Room
It was a disastrous loss for Team Canada when they fell 5-2 to the Czechia.
In the midst of the disappointment, it has been revealed that the locker room has turned against two of its star players Adam Fantilli and Connor Bedard.
This is due to them both attempting the Michigan goal, and both failing.
The sentiment is clear. The locker room doesn't care about making cool plays if it'll cost them the gold medal they all so desperately want.
Here are some quotes from other members of team Canada:
Dylan Guenther, who left his top-six NHL role to come to the tournament said this:
We're not going to Michigan' our way to the final.
We're trying to win by just relying on our talent, outwitting guys in one-on-one situations. To win, we have to play as a team.
While Bedard and Fantilli are amazing players, they need to cool down the showmanship, and start winning games.
