Connor McDavid, the Oilers superstar and captain, entered protocol on Tuesday after testing positive for COVID-19. However, head coach Dave Tippett expressed confidence that his captain would be re-tested and play tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
It is now confirmed, Connor McDavid, Derek Ryan, and Tyson Barrie are all under COVID Protocol and will miss tonight's game in Toronto.
Also, it's looking like Auston Matthews will miss the game tonight.
