According to Sam Carchidi, who follows the Flyers and knows Claude Giroux well, he would not be surprised to see the Ontario native sign with the Ottawa Senators this summer.
The Hearst native would be a homecoming of sorts for Giroux.
According to Carchidi's information, the 34-year-old veteran would like to sign a three-season contract for between $5 and $6 million annually.
To be continued this summer.
