Controversial decision by the Canadiens for the next draft

According to the journalist Ivan Bogun of Sport Express, the Montreal Canadiens and the Philadelphia Flyers have made a big decision for the next draft.
Both teams would not draft Russian players on July 7 and 8 in Montreal.
This decision is not unanimous. Maybe we will have some explanations from Kent Hughes this afternoon, when he will meet the media.
