Hockey insider Elliotte Friedman shared the latest news on former San Jose Sharks forward Evander Kane, he had an interview last Friday with the NHL but the league hasn't announced if or when Kane can return or if any punishment will be handed down from the NHL.
Kane had his contract terminated by the San Jose Sharks due to the claim he violated covid protocol, that has yet to be confirmed. There is alot of interest from teams waiting for the ruling including the Edmonton Oilers, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Carolina Hurricanes.
It's still believed that Evander kane will go join the Edmonton Oilers if he's not punished by the league, but that's not a guarantee that he will be a free agent and can go where ever he wants Elliotte Friedman believes there a list of several teams that are believed to be interested in Kane also.
