The 30-year-old now claims his ex faked a pregnancy for a few months. Also, Kane wants her to get a psychiatric assessment to ensure she's stable enough to care for their daughter.
According to court records, his ex-wife, Anna Kane, has been lying about her pregnancy since July. Kane believes Anna is pregnant with their second child, due in February 2022. Anna mentioned the baby, and Kane saw her grow in recent months. The issue is that he discovered Anna had gotten an abortion in July after looking over recent medical bills.
He accuses her of being pregnant for months and even sporting a «pregnancy belly» to mock him. Kane is now certain she is not mentally fit to parent their daughter. He wants the court to grant him full custody of Anna and order her to undergo a mental health evaluation.
Anna admitted she didn't notify Evander or the court she wasn't pregnant, but she denied ever wearing a fake pregnancy device. She also claims to be mentally stable and will be able to care for their daughter.
Currently, Evander has interim custody of the child, but a hearing is due for December.
