Fans Furious at Ron MacLean After Embarrassing Interview With Gary Bettman
Ron MacLean certainly isn't the most loved man in the hockey industry, but last night's annual interview with Gary Bettman turned even more heads than usual.
MacLean's Listless Interview
When interviewing the commissioner of your sport, an opportunity arises to grill him and get some real high-quality answers out.
Instead, Ron MacLean took the opportunity to warm himself up to Gary Bettman, in an embarrassing showing.
I miss when the annual Ron MacLean vs Gary Bettman interview was appointment viewing for those who wanted to see the latter actually get challenged. This year we got five minutes of Ron praising Gary and Gary listing off everyone who has ever denied the Coyotes an arena deal.
Fans are fed up with this type of behaviour from Ron MacLean. It definitely feels like it's time for a new face for Hockey Night in Canada.
As Read on HockeyFeed - Fans slam Ron MacLean over 'bootlicking' Bettman interview.
