If you were listening to the intrasquad games in the last few days, you certainly noticed the absence of Sean Monahan.
Still injured, his recovery is going very well. So much so that Martin St-Louis said that we will be able to see him in the preparatory games.
« Martin St-Louis says they are cautious with Sean Monahan and that is why he is not participating in intra-squad games. However, he should be playing prep games." - Arpon Basu on Martin St-Louis' comments
So, obviously, Sean Monahan should be in the first game of the regular season.
Very good news!
