The Lightning were very mad by the dirty hit on Kucherov by Devon Toews. They demanded a suspension.
Although Kuch looked hurt, it appears that the Russian sniper will be ready to start Game 4.
"Yes, I think so. I hope so," Cooper said of Kucherov.
"Kuch, as I sit right now, I think he can play tomorrow," Cooper continued. "But I'm not Kuch. If I know Kuch, he's sitting there saying the same thing. But we'll see what the doctors and everybody says."
Unfortunately, the back to back Stanley Cup champs are losing one of their key players for Game 4. Forward Brayden Point is "highly doubtful" to play, as he's still feeling the effects of the lower body injury he suffered vs the Maple Leafs.
Point is a soldier! He is trying his best to contribute as much as possible but sometimes your body can handle so much.
