As reported by hockey writer Marc-Olivier Beaudoin, with the New York Rangers' win yesterday over the Carolina Hurricanes, the Habs will officially draft at No. 26 with their second first-round pick, acquired in the trade that sent Tyler Toffoli to Calgary.
If the Hurricanes had won yesterday's game, the Habs would have drafted 27th.
Good news, then!
