According to what Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic reports, talks between Tampa Bay Lightning general manager Julien Brisebois and forward Ondrej Palat's agent have stalled.
According to LeBrun, barring a turn of events, Ondrej Palat is headed to the UFA market.
Drafted in the seventh round by Tampa in 2011, Palat had 49 points in 77 games last season and added 21 points in 23 playoff games.
With the departure of Ryan McDonagh last week, Palat's departure will certainly hurt the Bolts.
