Former Montreal Canadiens scout Grant McCagg has made a strong statement about young Montreal Canadiens prospect Arber Xhekaj.
Based on this afternoon's intrasquad game, McCagg is confident that the young back is NHL ready.
What a find that Xhekaj is. Nice parting gift from Bergevin. His IQ, mobility, shooting and puck control are all above average. And he's 6'4" 238 lbs and tough. He's NHL ready in my opinion. With Edmundson's injury, he could make the team." - Grant McCagg

A Xhekaj/Harris duo this season in Montreal?
