Maple Leafs issue a statement regarding yesterday's carjack on Mitch Marner

Last night, we informed you about a horrific occurrence in the life of Toronto Maple Leafs star forward Mitch Marner, who was the victim of an armed robbery (of a vehicle) in which firearms were used.
In the last few minutes, the Toronto Maple Leafs organization has just published an official press release to confirm everything and to give a little more details:
"We can confirm that Mitch Marner was the unfortunate victim of a carjacking in Etobicoke on Monday night. He was not injured in the incident and both the Leafs organization and Mitch are grateful for the support of Toronto Police Services. Anyone with information is asked to contact Toronto Police Services immediately." - Toronto Maple Leafs
And they add this:
"Toronto police have requested that neither Mitch nor the team comment further on the details of the incident as it is an ongoing investigation." - Toronto Maple Leafs
The scene took place on Monday night (yesterday) in the suburbs of Toronto and please note that the three suspects are still at large and wanted by police.
