Maple Leafs set embarrassing record in all of professional sports history

With yesterday's loss the Toronto Maple Leafs become the first team in professional sports to lose five straight opening round Playoffs series.
Usually after 3 years of the same failure someone is held accountable. Now after 5 years and setting the record across 3 leagues the ownership must hold EVERYONE accountable, including the president, GM, head coach, and all associated staff, and most of the players.
