Nazem Kadri signed a major deal in Calgary this off season. Nathan Mackinnon revealed on the 32 Thoughts podcast how the Lebanese veteran left their group chat and it's hilarious.
Nathan MacKinnon on the 32 Thoughts podcast said that the most interesting move made this past offseason that could impact the Avs road to repeat was Kadri going to Calgary. Kadri texted the Avs group chat saying, "I don't give any deals," then exited the chat.
I guess Kadri was referring to the rumors of taking a discount to stay with the Avalanches. The way he exited was just childish and hilarious.
