Oilers place 27-year-old forward on waivers

The Edmonton Oilers have agreed to terms on a one-season, two-way contract with 27-year-old forward Justin Bailey.
He must however go through waivers.
In 16 games this season with the Bakersfield Condors, Bailey has 10 points.
