During his Insider Trading segment on TSN, the renowned Pierre LeBrun discussed a possible trade involving the Montreal Canadiens and Edmonton Oilers.
LeBrun on Insider Trading says the Oilers have discussed John Klingberg and Joel Edmundson internally. The Canadiens aren't looking to absolutely trade Edmundson, but they are open to listening to offers." - NHL Watcher Ken Holland is actively looking for a defenceman and Edmundson could be the perfect balance to the Alberta defence.
In 20 games this season, the 29-year-old veteran has three points.
This will obviously be something to watch in the coming weeks.
