Refs from Leafs Bolts game 4 have been officially cut from the Stanley Cup

The refs Kevin Pollock and T.J. Luxmore have not advanced to calling any games in round 2. They reffed Bruins/Canes Game 1, Caps/Panthers Game 2 and Leafs/Bolts Game 4.
Clearly the league rewatched those games and saw some mistakes from the refs.
