Kravtsov undoubtedly will generate interest from throughout the league, and it appears he has already done so. According to NHL insider Frank Seravalli, the Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators are two teams to watch in the Kravtsov issue.
From Seravalli:
"League sources say the Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators were the two teams who expressed the most interest in Kravtsov, who refused his assignment to AHL Hartford and forced his way back to Russia."
No word on what the Rangers might want in return for giving up on their former first round pick, but the young forward has done them some good since returning to the KHL. Kravtsov scored two goals and added an assist in his return to Chelyabinsk Traktor.
