On his 32 Thoughts podcast, Elliotte Friedman mentioned that Montreal Canadiens prospect and recent American Olympian Sean Farrell will remain in the NCAA next season.
The same goes for his teammate and Flames first round pick Matthew Coronato.
"Matt Coronato, the Flames' pick, I think will stay in school. [...] There's also Sean Farrell, a Canadiens pick, I think he's going to stay too. But I think Nick Abruzzese, he might leave and go to Toronto." - Elliotte Friedman In his first year in the NCAA, the Canadiens' 124th pick in 2020 had a breakout season, with 28 points in 24 games.
Of note was his six points in four games at the Olympics in Beijing.
