Senior League Player Takes Matters into His Own Hands After Referee Refuses to do his Job
Senior Hockey isn't the NHL, but those who play have a deep love of the game and everyone plays with the passion you expect, in a dangerous sport.
Just like in the NHL however, the referees lose control and refuse to do their job, and this video on TikTok shows what happens in the Senior Leagues when officials refuse to do the right thing.
In the video, the player lets the referee know not to let "Number 4" continue kneeing people. After the referees decided to let it go, that is when the escalation happened on the ice.
If you haven't played, this is an awesome video capturing "the code" in action, which resulted in a wild fight. This is a good capture of players protecting one another which you don't see happen too much in the pros.
