In search of a second goalie, the Arizona Coyotes decided to go through the waivers to acquire one.
Jonas Johansson was claimed and will be in Arizona this season.
In 32 NHL games, Johansson maintained a 3.42 goals-against-average and .883 save percentage.
He has played for the Sabres, Avalanche and Panthers.
