The Avalanche just made a big splash on the free agent market

The Colorado Avalanche have agreed to terms on a one-season contract with forward Evan Rodrigues.
The deal will pay him $2 million.
Last season with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Rodrigues had a very good season with 43 points in 82 games.
