It's looking like the Coyotes are going to have to find somewhere else to play, after the city rejected the Coyotes hopes for a $1.7 billion dollar arena.
According to two sources with knowledge on the situation said "The Coyotes do not currently have the votes in the Tempe City"
Per those sources, there are 3 yes votes, 2 no votes and 2 undecided, but leaning more to no after the Coyotes recent failure to pay the bills previously when the NHL had to cover that bill.
The Coyotes use to be one of the best teams back in the day but those days are long gone and looking more like they will have to relocate.
The City of Quebec could be a perfect place for the Coyotes, they have a beautiful arena that is ready to get an NHL team back in Quebec, the former home of the Quebec Nordiques. I know the city of Quebec would welcome the Coyotes with open arms if things go that route.
