Unexpected Potential Relocation Spot for Arizona Coyotes Comes to Light
With the Arizona Coyotes' future becoming more and more uncertain, there have been new potential suitors to enter the mix. Read more to find out who they are!
Potential Coyotes Relocation Spots
On the 32 Thoughts podcast hosted by NHL insiders Elliotte Friedman and Jeff Marek, the future of the Arizona Coyotes was discussed.
It appears that the partnership the Coyotes currently have is starting to fracture and if it does, it could result in the Arizona Coyotes relocating somewhere else.
There were a few locations suggested and they are quite shocking!
With these locations all being in southern areas, it shows that the NHL wants to keep their teams in America and warmer areas.
The areas listed all have shown the capability of being able to be the homes of sports teams with each city having either an NFL, NBA, MLS, or MLB team to their name.
However, it begs the question of if the NHL is trying to exclude Canadian markets from having future NHL teams as it is clear that a city like Quebec would surely be better than any of the other locations listed for a hockey team.
