BREAKING: David Krejci Releases A Massive Update On His Future
The Boston Bruins' offseason has been one filled with change. The biggest change so far has been the retirement of Patrice Bergeron. Fellow top-six center David Krejci could be soon following in his path and retiring as well.
Krejci Discusses Retirement
In a recent interview, the Czech forward discussed his timeline for his retirement.
I don't think I'm going to start the season 99 percent start the season anywhere. In the NHL, in the Czech Republic, not even in Europe. If it takes me up until Christmas to decide, it takes until Christmas
David Krejci has been one of the centerpieces for the Bruins over the last decade. He has compiled 1032 games played, 786 points, and 231 goals in his NHL career. He also led the Bruins in playoff points during multiple seasons including on their 2011 run to a Stanley Cup Championship.
Whenever he does decide to retire from the NHL all of Boston will feel his absence.
