BREAKING: Major News Regarding Joe Bowen
According to multiple sources, it appears that Joe Bowen and Jim Ralph will be returning to the Leafs radio booth next season.
Bowen and Ralph
After several rumours and uncertainty regarding the duo's status as the go-to play-by-play commentators for radio, it appears that Bowen and Ralph will be returning to the booth next season.
MLSE's Penny Pinching
Rumours swirled about MLSEs willingness to extend Bowen and Ralph to a decent contract after their continued efforts to cut budgets for radio. Reports indicate that MLSE will continue its practice of keeping Bowen and Ralph at home during away games, calling games from the TV instead of in the arena.
One thing is for sure, Leafs fans love the energy and passion that Bowen brings to the booth each night, and will be excited to have him back for another year!
