Boston Bruins fall to Florida Panthers in Game 6, ending their playoff

The Boston Bruins put in a valiant effort to force a Game 7 against the Florida Panthers, but their playoff journey ended on Friday night in Game 6.
Despite the return of Captain Brad Marchand, who had missed two games due to an upper-body injury, the Bruins couldn't secure the win needed to extend their season.
Brad Marchand Returns, Reflects on Controversial Hit
Brad Marchand rejoined the Bruins' lineup after being sidelined by an upper-body injury. On Thursday, he expressed his frustration over a hit by Sam Bennett in Game 3, which left him injured.
"Sam Bennett got away with one, but I would have done the same. In the postseason, everyone on the ice is attempting to hurt everyone else."
stated Brad Marchand.
Marchand's injury occurred in the first period of Game 3, when Bennett delivered a hit to his head. The play went uncalled, adding to the Bruins' frustration. The anticipation of a potential face-off between Marchand and Bennett grew as the series progressed.
