North Carolina's governor sends a shot across the bow at the #Islanders
This is an insane comment from a public official who to this point had not commented on the series at all. Now the Carolina Hurricanes will once again face the city of New York in their second-round playoff series. This time they will take on the New York Rangers.
If the Carolina Hurricanes win once again it will be fun to see if Governor Cooper's banter continues.
