Today new reports are confirming that former Toronto Maple Leafs forward Tyler Bertuzzi is expected to sign a contract in free agency with the Chicago Blackhawks.
With free agency just hours away insiders are beginning to get scoops on where players will end up. The biggest news so far is that forward Tyler Bertuzzi will be leaving the Toronto Maple Leafs and heading to the Chicago Blackhawks. The deal will be a 4 year deal worth $5.5M AAV.

This opportunity will allow Tyler Bertuzzi a full-time top-six role with a team looking to get back into the playoffs. The Toronto Maple Leafs will now need to find a new replacement for Tyler Bertuzzi in their lineup either through a trade or free agency.
