Evander Kane and the Oilers ripped apart by comedian Nikki Glaser
Connor McDavid, Evander Kane, and the Oilers were furious at the ESPYS, as comedian Nikki Glaser absolutely roasted them on national TV.
The team is still reeling from the devastating loss they suffered against the Florida Panthers during game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals, but that didn't stop Nikki Glaser from ripping into their character in front of a live audience at the ESPYS on Thursday night.
"Boy Connor, that must have hurt to lose a game of ice hockey to a place that doesn't have ice."
As expected, Evander Kane took exception to the roast, and stared at Glaser with a look in his eyes so deadly that it would have warranted a 5 minute major penalty in an NHL game.
This wasn't the first time that athletes have been a victim of Glaser's roasts. She recently appeared on a Netflix special titled the Tom Brady Roast, where she completely bashed his character and even womanised him.
WILD LINE Nikki Glaser to Tom Brady about his ex-girlfriend
«Tom, you're the best to ever play for too long, you retired then came back then retired, I get it, IT'S HARD TO WALK AWAY FROM SOMETHING THAT ISN'T YOUR PREGNANT GIRLFRIEND»
😳😳😳
Kane has publicly stated that he wants to remain an OIler, which is good news for McDavid and co, as they will likely have another crack at Lord Stanley, in that hope that they can quiet Glaser's antics once and for all.
