Vegas Golden Knights have claimed Tobias Bjornfot off waivers

The Vegas Golden Knights have claimed a 2019 first-round pick off waivers. The Los Angeles Kings decided to run the risk of placing 2019 22nd overall pick Tobias Bjornfot on waivers.

This was clearly the wrong decision as the Vegas Golden Knights decided to claim him.

Bjornfot has played only one game all year but could prove the be a valuable long-term fit as he could unlock his true potential with the 2023 Stanley Cup Champs.
