This afternoon a suspension has been announced for Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Hartman. The announcement comes as a result of a play involving Ryan Hartman committing an unsportsmanlike penalty.

During a stoppage in play in a game between the Minnesota Wild and Vegas Golden Knights Wild forward Ryan Hartman was arguing with referees. Ryan Hartman got so heated at one point that he threw his stick on the ice in the direction of one of the referees. He also was allegedly verbally attacking the referees as well.

As a result of his reckless behavior, it has been announced that Ryan Hartman will be suspended three games by the NHL's Department of Player Safety.
