Quebec Public Health makes decision on the 10,500 Fans at Bell Centre

On Wednesday night, the Bell Center officially got denied from having over 3500 fans in the Bell Centre.
The Quebec Public Health authorities will not allow the Canadiens to have more fans in the Bell Centre. So it won't be more than 3500 fans as of right now.
