Martin St. Louis will be away from the team for family reasons
Just about over an hour before the Canadiens prepare to face off and begin their western trip versus the Calgary Flames, they have received devastating news regarding the status of their head coach Martin St.Louis.
St.Louis out indefinitely due to family reasons
In a website press by the Montreal Canadiens, they announced that Martin St.Louis will be away from the Habs bench for the foreseeable future due to family reasons. They also mentioned that Associate coach Trevor Letowski will resume head coach duties for the time being until coach Marty is ready to return.
CALGARY � The Canadiens announced on Saturday that head coach Martin St-Louis will be away from the team indefinitely for family reasons. Assistant coach Trevor Letowski will assume head coaching duties during his absence.
