The NHL DoPS has decided Miller's actions, spitting on Drew Doughty, is worthy of a three-game suspension.

Whether you think this is fair or not, one commenter immediately pointed out how Jeff Carter didn't even get a game penalty for concussing Cale Makar.

There is clearly a bias in the league, but hopefully this three-game suspension will set the rule.
