In a major statement, Hart, through his lawyers, revealed that he will fight his innocence in court.
Here's the declaration:
"We represent Carter Hart and confirm that he has been charged with s**** a****. He is innocent and will provide a full response to this false allegation in the appropriate forum, a court. In the meantime, we have no further comment." - Megan Savard and Riaz Sayani

All five players who faced charges claimed their innocence, but in the end, the jury will need to make the call.
We should know more about the whole thing on Monday, when the London Police holds a press conference.
NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman will also break the silence and speak to the media on Friday.
Updates will follow.
