BREAKING: Bad News for the Maple Leafs and Ryan O'Reilly
Ryan O'Reilly left the game against the Vancouver Canucks with injury yesterday. A photo of him has been released, and it confirms some bad news.
O'Reilly Likely Out Long-Term
A picture of O'Reilly has been posted, and it appears he is in a full finger brace. This likely confirms that the injury he suffered yesterday was a broken finger.
This could take somewhere between three and six weeks to recover completely, which means O'Reilly should be out long-term.
Hockey players are very tough, however, so he could return earlier if the Leafs staff seems him healthy.
Hopefully he'll be back soon.
