Leafs Hire Boucher
It was just announced that the Toronto Maple Leafs have hired Guy Boucher.
Boucher has previously held head coaching roles with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Ottawa Senators but was fired mid-season with both teams.
Since being fired by the Senators in 2018-19, Boucher has not held an NHL job or a coaching job at that.
In addition to hiring Boucher, they also hired Mike Van Ryn, a former Leaf. They will both serve under Sheldon Keefe.
