BREAKING : Matthew Knies Scores First NHL Goal in the Most Crucial Moment
Leafs Rookie Matthew Knies has scored his first NHL Goal in Game 1 of the NHL Playoffs vs the Florida Panthers.
Knies, who was called up to the Leafs at the end of the regular season after a successful season at Minnesota, managed to secure his place in the Leafs playoff lineup, and now has his first NHL Goal, scored in the second period of Game 1 to cut Florida's lead to 2-1.
Knies has a Goal and 4 Points in 6 Games this playoffs as he shows himself as deserving of a full time lineup spot next season.
