Veteran winger Kyle Clifford was ejected for his actions against the Utica Comets and going after seemingly the whole team.
Clifford Ejected After Mental Breakdown
In a game against the Utica Comets, the New Jersey Devils' AHL affiliate, Kyle Clifford dropped the gloves and went after basically the entire team.
Kyle Clifford wants a piece of everyone on the Utica Comets after he drops the gloves with Samuel Laberge. In the minute of chaos, Clifford managed to drop the gloves, get a nice win, and challenge multiple other Comets to a fight, which they wanted no part of.
Clifford has been with the Leafs organization the past two seasons spending the majority of his time with the Marlies. He is also a 750-game veteran and has won two Stanley Cups, both with the LA Kings.
