Former Maple Leaf Placed on Waivers
The Maple Leafs had a very active trade deadline, and let a lot of pieces go. A recent waiver move indicates they moved the right people.
Anderson Placed on Waivers
Joey Anderson didn't do much in his time in the Leafs organization, which made him a prime trade asset to exchange contract spots.
In the Jake McCabe trade, Anderson was sent to the Blackhawks, and only a month later, he has been placed on waivers.
It's unlikely the Leafs go back to get their guy, but it is nice to see that Dubas didn't trade anything will all that much value!
