The Toronto Maple Leafs and Tampa Bay Lightning competed in Game 4 of their best-of-seven series on Monday night at Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay.
Toronto struggled in the first two periods, appearing lethargic while the Lightning appeared poised to even the series, leading 4-1 heading into the third period. However, the Leafs fought back in the third period, erasing the three-goal deficit with Morgan Riley's goal, which forced overtime.
The comeback was completed when Alex Kerfoot shot the puck past Lightning goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy, giving the Leafs a 3-1 series lead as they head back to Toronto.
