Bunting Excited To Return To Toronto
Former Toronto Maple Leaf Michael Bunting is returning back to Toronto for the first time since leaving this summer. He and the Carolina Hurricanes are in town for a pivotal matchup between two teams fighting for playoff spots. The Hurricanes find themselves one point ahead of the Maple Leafs.
When Bunting spoke to the media today he made sure to mention how excited he was to be back in Toronto. He has a slew of family that will be in attendance and is happy to be back in his hometown.
Bunting on playing the Leafs tomorrow:
«I'm excited to play the old team, play some friends, and obviously that's hometown for me, so it's gonna be pretty cool to play them.«
Even though he considers Toronto home that does not change that the Maple Leafs are the opponent tonight. Bunting during his time with the media addressed how he plans to handle playing his former team.

Bunting was asked if he was planning on getting under his former teammates' skin. In his answer, he called out the Maple Leafs and confirmed he would be trying to get under their skin.
Said he wasn't going to share if he knows the best way to get under his former teammates' skin.
