Shanahan Embarrasses Himself After Describing Dubas Timeline
It is now public knowledge that Kyle Dubas has been fired from the Leafs and Brendan Shanahan explained everything today in a press conference.
NHL insider Sid Seixerio gave his insight on Shanahan's words:
Describing this as one of the wildest events in franchise history is certainly something.
With a press conference and a counter-deal being all it took for the Leafs to part ways with Dubas, it shows how cutthroat the industry is. With Dubas being one of the best GMs in the league, he surely deserved to be compensated as one.
Now fans are calling for Shanahan to be fired given how little it took for him to lose a potential Leaf for life type GM.
