Anthony Stolarz signs multi-year deal with the Toronto Maple Leafs
Today the Toronto Maple Leafs and Brad Treliving had signed goaltender Anthony Stolarz adding to the depth of their goaltending situation.
The Toronto Maple Leafs came into the NHL offseason looking for a goalie to pair with Joseph Woll. Just minutes into free agency they have signed former Florida Panther and Stanley Cup Champion Anthony Stolarz according to NHL insider Kevin Weekes.
**Breaking News** 🚨 📰
I'm told G Stolarz has singed a 2Yr Contract somewhere in mid $2M AAV range with the Maple Leafs
2 years at $2.5 per for Stolarz and Leafs.
Now the Toronto Maple Leafs add Joseph Woll's partner in the net. In over 20 games with the Florida Panthers Anthony Stolarz was one of the best back up goalies in the NHL. In Toronto he likely will see an increased role behind Joseph Woll and bring championship pedigree.
