Leafs William Nylander dealing with head injury per source
According to an insider, the Toronto Maple Leafs' forward William Nylander has been dealing with a head injury, which is why he didn't play in the playoffs yet.
As you know, there's been a lot of speculation about Nylander's injury. With the Leafs' management refusing to give health updates since the playoffs started, fans have been wondering what happened to Willy Nylander.
Nick Alberga, host of the Leafs' morning take, wrote on X that Nylander's been dealing with a head injury.
"As I mentioned on Leafs Morning Take a few moments ago, it is believed that William Nylander is dealing with a head injury."
Many people pointed out that if it had been a concussion, he wouldn't have been allowed to step on the ice for practice.
It was also put forward that Nylander has been struggling with migraine issues for all his career, and that could be what keeps him away from the lineup.
"I remember reading somewhere earlier in the season that he was dealing with migraines most his NHL career and thats why he wanted a tinted visor. Maybe something related or compunded with this?"
